Four things prevented a higher score. These glass-boards are not cheap. The package took a long time to come - it certainly did not come from the UK shop. The cardboard package was quite badly damaged at the corners and where the ""strings"" went around it. Only one of the two ""strings"" still in place. However, the glass-board was well protected inside the outer package by polystyrene and was not harmed. My biggest issue is that I specifically asked how it attaches to the wall and was sent the ""fixing"" instructions and also informed that all that was needed would be in the box. The instructions were the same as are found in the box and are almost useless. When the glass-board arrived and I set about fixing it to the wall, I discovered that it does not fit flush with the wall. ***. More information on fixing, better fixing instructions, and fixings for placing the board flush with the wall are required. Also either special fixings for plasterboard are required or special instructions for fixing the glass-board to plasterboard are required. \nNow fitted the board does look good, but I would have preferred it flush with the wall.

The frame can easily be installed using the included screws and plugs. Placing a poster is even easier: click open the frame on all sides, remove the cover sheet (look for the writing that says 'PULL') and place the poster.
